Frequently Asked Questions
Will ImunoPleuran Upper Respiratory Health supplements still work if you take them with food?*
ImunoPleuran and ImunoPleuran Extra Strength should be taken without food, on an empty stomach. Pleuran supports your natural defenses by interacting with receptors on the surface of immune-activating Peyer’s patches in the small intestine. This works best when there is no digestion occurring at the same time.*
Will this upset my stomach?
It is not likely. While everyone responds differently to supplements, clinical studies–even in children–show that the pleuran in ImunoPleuran is incredibly well tolerated and highly rated by participants in those studies.
Is this gluten free?

Why launch mushroom supplements? What is so unique about this particular mushroom?

What is the difference between ImunoPleuran and ImunoPleuran Extra Strength?
While both formulas feature clinically studied pleuran, each supplement is distinct. ImunoPleuran provides 100 mg of pleuran per capsule plus 100 mg of vitamin C and can be taken daily by adults or children as young as four years of age.* By contrast, ImunoPleuran Extra Strength features 300 mg of pleuran per capsule, plus 160 mg of vitamin C and 10 mg of zinc. It is recommended for adults and for acute immune support for a duration of five days.
